perfected his culinary skills at top culinary

school Johnson & Wales University. He has

hands-on experience working with presti-

gious restaurants and top restaurant chains,

helping them to introduce to their menus

some of the best-tasting flavors in the

industry. For catering clients, he is now stir-

ring out food flavors that are unforgettable.

Our gourmet chef has been breathing new

life into the standard catering menu by serv-

ing classics with a fun, modern twist. He

prides himself on using the farm-to-table

concept, using only the freshest, locally

produced ingredients.

wedding reception or any large occasion. It

features a neutral color palette, crown mold-

ing ceilings, and a very elegant and classy

feel, highlighted by rustic chandeliers and

R O S I E ’ S R O O MRosie’s Room is the perfect room to host

showers, family gatherings, business

meetings, or religious occasions. A smaller,

more intimate private room, Rosie’s Room

features decor that mimics the elegance of

the ballroom.

T H E C O O K I N G P A T I OOur signature alfresco cooking patio is a

large, private outdoor area completely cov-

ered from the elements all season long, fea-

turing an artisan wood-fired brick oven and

charbroil grill, ample granite countertops for

food displays, and carving stations. While

enjoying your event, you and your guests will

have our beautiful 18-hole golf course and

gardens as your backdrop.

“The Godfather Room.” Utilized as a bridal

suite, it is also a perfect place to host smaller

business meetings, family occasions, dinner

with friends, and bachelor/bachelorette

location for an outside ceremony with our

golf course as your backdrop. White padded

ceremony chairs are included in your cere-

mony, as well as the opportunity to take a

ride on our golf carts and take pictures on

the bridge and golf course.

T H E G R E E N V I E W I N N & G O L F E R S L O U N G EThe Greenview Inn Restaurant & Golfers

Lounge has a rustic mountain chalet decor

with a giant picture window overlooking the

golf course. The Golfers Lounge is the perfect

pre-party spot for your guests prior to the start

of your wedding or just to visit for lunch or din-

ner. The dining room can accommodate large

parties like rehearsal dinners or even a small

party of two by our fireplace for a romantic

night out. Our culinary team uses the freshest

farm-to-table ingredients available, and our

menus change with the seasons. Our mission

is to make your night out the most memorable

dining experience ever. When booking your

wedding, ask us about our package deals

(rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, bachelor/

bachelorette parties, or any occasion). Our

restaurant and Golfers Lounge are open to the

public for lunch Monday through Saturday

from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., dinner

Wednesday through Sunday from 5:00 p.m.

until 10:00 p.m., and brunch on Sundays from
