Following a preliminary tour and review of the market, it has been determined that the site
located at 3925 and 3929 Arrow Drive, Raleigh NC is suitable for the development of a Hyatt
Place hotel. The Crabtree Valley Mall market offers a diverse base of corporate and leisure hotel
demand generators which offers a consistent weekday and weekend base of business.
Although I strongly support this site as a potential Hyatt Place, formal approval is subject to
submission of a complete franchise application and our subsequent internal review and approval
process. This letter is not intended to be binding upon the parties or construed as a contract or
