Based on our experience as Australasia's leading S/4HANAimplementation partner, Zag is pleased to announce S/4HANAconversion packages for ECC customers.

There is a growing trend of customers protecting their existinginvestment and converting from ECC to S/4HANA andtherefore, we have developed packages to allow our customersto move effectively and efficiently. Our baseline packagesprovide both trial migration and system conversions fullyaligned to SAP's SAP S/4HANA Conversion Guidelines.

The first step is to perform an impact assessment thatwill provide insight into your current SAP ECCimplementation. This will allow both yourself and Zag toassess the level of complexity and identify impactedprocesses. SAP recommends that prior to commencinga system conversion that customers perform a trialconversion with production data to ensure that issuesare identified, and solutions found ahead ofcommencing the actual system conversion.

System conversion timeframes and costs will vary depending on thecomplexity and health* of your current SAP ERP implementation andthe master and transactional data held within it.

*Health of system is determined by current patch level of your system and as abaseline assumes that you are on SAP ECC6 Enhancement Pack 7 or higher and thatyour system has already undergone a unicode conversion.
