For Stewards: Grievance Form Instructions and Distribution Note –

Please print and complete the forms attached. Once completed, the Steward is to give a copy of the greivance form (page 1) to the Employer’s Step 2 designate and to the Grievor. Please also immediately forward a copy to the Union Area Office, along with the completed confidential steward fact sheet on page 2. A copy will be mailed or emailed to the Steward to confirm receipt by the Union.
