City Offices and Facili es will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday on Thursday, November 22nd and Friday, November 23rd. The Thanksgiving holiday is one of the five holidays observed by the City’s solid waste contractor, Republic Waste. As a result, there will be no regular trash service on Thursday, November 22nd. Thursday customers will have their trash collected on Friday, November 23rd and Friday customers will have their trash collected on Saturday, November 24th. The normal schedule will resume on Monday, November 26th.

The DeSoto Arts Commission’s Fourth Friday Concert series resumes on December 28, 2018 at 8 pm with a free concert featuring the BIFF (Back In Full Force) Band.
