CA SB 562 (2015) Amends current state law to permit the City of Long Beach to utilize various P3 provisions for delivery of a Civic Center
FL SB 124, SB 126 & HB 7027
Expands school board’s ability to enter into P3s, alters the timeline requirements and adjusts unsolicited proposal process.
GA HB 59 (2015) Expands P3 authority to localities and for non-transportation projects, creates guideline committee, and establishes procedures for unsolicited proposals.
Guam Bill 277-33 Directs the Guam Economic Development Authority to pursue a P3 to revitalize the Guam Memorial Hospital.
KY HB 309 Established P3 authority of transportation and other sectors for state and local jurisdiction.
TN SB 2093 Expand the current limited authority for P3s to allow for a broad and comprehensive use of P3s for transportation facilities; excludes highways.
NH S 88 (2015) Establishes a committee to study the potential use of P3s for intermodal transportation.
