1. In J2E, select the j2e 5 tile.

2. In the tool bar at the top of the screen, select the ‘add media’ tool.

3. In the drop down menu, select ‘embed QR code.

4. Enter the link in the box and click ‘ok’. Tip: Ensure you link to something accessible and not hidden by a password or login.

5. Your QR code will appear on the page and can be saved, or copied as you wish.

For websites and external resources This will allow you to create a QR code for anything hosted online, when scanned with a reader, you will be taken to that web address.

For images or your own resources This method allows you to save images or create your own resources in j2e5 so you will always have them.

1. Add the images or files you want to link to, to ‘my files’. You can drag and drop into the ‘my files’ area.

2. Click on the green ‘i’ and in the drop down click ‘share’ and then choose publish. Your image is now viewable online. 3. Click on the ‘i’ button again and select QR code, a new window will open with your

code.
