The NATO Centre of Excellence for Military Medicine (MILMED
COE) in cooperation with the Medical Corps International Fo-
rum (MCIF) are organizing the Force Health Protection NATO
Conference 2014 on 23-26 June 2014 in Budapest, Hungary.
Further contributing partners are: the Hungarian Defence
Forces and the Hungarian Defence Forces Medical Centre,
the NATO COMEDS Force Health Protection Working Group
(FHP WG), the Semmelweis University, and the University of
Pécs Medical School.
The conference will be organized primarily for the benefit of
the worldwide military Force Health Protection communities,
and their closely associated expert groups with sessions on
a variety of topics from the scope of Force Health Protec-
tion, including medical evacuation, trauma cases and trau-
ma prevention, non-traumatic diseases and post-traumatic
stress disorder. Nevertheless it is anticipated that it will be
of interest to both military and civilian scientists and decision
makers of a wider public health network.
This conference will provide a unique and excellent occasion
for experts of both the military and civilian sector to meet
and to discuss current Force Health Protection related issues.
It would be our pleasure to welcome you in Budapest atten-
ding our conference on 23 – 26 June 2014.
