On April 22nd, 2009, the Government of Ontario implemented legislation for the NEEDLESS,SENSELESS, and MALICIOUS PROHIBITIONTERRORISM against pest control products.

An Exception Status was provided to industries like golf, sports fields, specialty turf, for-estry, and agriculture these industries employed THE VERY SAME pest control productsotherwise prohibited for the Modern Professional Lawn Care Industry.

The legislation was implemented despite the fact that the prohibited pest control productswere still FEDERALLY LEGAL, SCIENTIFICALLY SAFE, and TOTALLY IRREPLACEABLE.

Moreover, there were serious issues with the Ontario Minister of the Environment, John Ger-retsen, who was responsible for implementing PROHIBITION. Gerretsen was INDISCREETwith his CLOSE PUBLIC ASSOCIATIONS with RADICAL and SUB-VERSIVE EnviroManiac

Activists.

HORRENDOUS CARNAGE Caused by PROHIBITIONTERRORISM in Ontario

The DEVASTATION of the Professional Lawn Care Industry was EXTENSIVE because therewere NO valid economical alternatives to replace the prohibited products. VIRTUALLY ALLGreen Alternatives were almost TOTALLY INEFFECTIVE, except under very specific circum-stances. The Green Alternatives were BOGUS.

Consequently, Professional Lawn Care Companies were UNABLE to provide adequate weedand insect control, and were UNABLE to keep their customers satisfied.

LOSS OF REVENUES in Ontario Caused by PROHIBITIONTERRORISM

In 2009, the Ontario Professional Lawn Care Industry lost over 300,000,000 DOLLARS.

In 2010, observers expected losses to reach 500,000,000 DOLLARS.

By late 2009, 40 to 70 % of Professional Lawn Care customers were ANNIHILATED.

UNEMPLOYMENT in Ontario Caused by PROHIBITIONTERRORISM

By late 2009, OVER 5,000 HAPLESS VICTIMS were UNEMPLOYED ( full time employeesand summer students ).

Because of the PROHIBITIONTERRORISM, Professional Lawn Care businesses were for-ced to TERMINATE many or most of their employees.

nesses were forced to DOWNSIZE their operations to a single truck.

Because of PROHIBITIONTERRORISM, by 2010, there was a GLUT OF USEDEQUIP-MENTFORSALE because of the DOWNSIZING and EXODUS of Professional Lawn Carebusinesses.

Because of PROHIBITIONTERRORISM, several dozen companies were forced to exitfrom the market by late 2009.

Within 36 months after the implementation of PROHIBITIONTERRORISM, observers ex-pected 780 BUSINESS FAILURES or BANKRUPTCIES.

Care business !

Stopping the CARNAGE Caused by PROHIBITIONTERRORISM

In January 2010, the Green Space Industry outlined the list of CHARGES against the Gov-ernment of Ontario and the Ministry of the Environment.

The legal proceedings were organized by Jeffrey P. Lowes and MREP Communications. Ad-ditionally, individual members of EnvironmentalTerrorOrganizations also faced CHARGESunder the Canadian Criminal Code.

By August 2010, MREP Communications commenced CIVIL ACTION to recover the HOR-RENDOUS LOSSES caused by PROHIBITIONTERRORISTS.
