Remove the engine cover.

Remove the engine cover’s stud andinstall it in the new location on the valvecover. 4

Remove the throttle body air duct.

Disconnect the throttle body wire harness.

Remove the throttle body.

Disconnect the MAP sensor.

Disconnect the vacuum line and thesolenoid’s wire harness.

Remove the wire harness’ clips from theintake manifold.

Remove the screw securing the coolantline to the intake manifold.

Remove the intake manifold’s bolts.Remove the intake manifold

Prepare the Boomba Racing manifold andthrottle body spacer kit.

Steps necessary for installing theThrottle Body Spacer ONLY haveblue background.

1Remove plastic vacuum hose from rubberadaptor on the top of valve cover (leaverubber adaptor in place).13Line up the intake manifold spacer’slocating pins with the engine block. Installthe intake manifold and secure it to theengine head with the provided screws. 14

Reconnect the MAP sensor, the solenoidand the vacuum line. Secure the wireharness to the intake manifold. 15

Install the throttle body spacer and thethrottle body. Secure it with the providedscrews. Install the throttle body air duct. 16

Install the left engine cover’s relocatingbracket.

Install the right engine cover’s relocatingbracket.

Cut of the screw shield on the enginecover.

Install the engine cover.
