Time Commitment: 40 hrs total during summer months
3-9hrs/week during academic year
Job Summary: The formal chair position is to oversee all MSS formal events
Responsibilities: Book and organize a dinner where management students are
able to learn etiquette in a formal dinner situation
Book the Galt Museum
Book Caterer
Find an interesting Key Note Speaker
Available in the summer to being working on the event
Organize a formal dinner celebration for upcoming U of L
graduates and friends
Book a venue
Find entertainment and a guest speaker
Work with other clubs to promote the event to other faculties Skills: Strong analytical, critical thinking, ability to multi-tasking skills.
Qualifications: Enrolled at the University of Lethbridge as a part-time, full-
time, or co-op student in the Faculty of Management
In academic good standing as verified by the Faculty of
Management
