It should be noted by the applicant that all the euipments and systems to be pro)ided by

applicant shall ha)e to conform %ith the technical standards as specified in the Central

The applicant %ill establish# test# commission and demonstrate the )oice and data

communication facilities %ith concerned ,"C before test char(in(!

The applicant %ill for%ard meter data in the format appropriate and at a periodicity as

specified by the appropriate re(ulatory authority from time to time! This shall be

established ? demonstrated by the applicant prior to test char(in( of interconnectin( line

At the connection point to the ISTS# all %or's associated %ith bay e*tension shall be
