We are pretending we are in a Play-Practice-Play Training session.

But we do think that the 1-4-3-3 is the “easiest” and most recognizable formation and thus great for youth

long-term development.

1. Structure for triangles & diamonds2. Thus passing lanes3. 2 blocks of players4. 1 vs. 1 situations

Remember the individual player development by connecting the different
