Sara is the founder and Managing Director of Deeks UK and Co-Founder of BRAVE in Dubai. She has over 20 years’ experience in marketing gained in senior and board level roles across a diverse range of industries.
As Senior Vice President, Global Marketing at Universal Pictures International Sara ran a worldwide team of 300 marketeers and was responsible for generating an annual revenue of $1.2 billion. She has also been Global Brand Strategy Director and Group Insight Director at Barclays.
This combination of P&L and functional experience has helped forge Sara’s unique and rigorous approach to generating marketing strategies. Sara is a big thinker. She specialises in translating commercial challenges into actionable plans that drive value creation. It’s not about pretty pictures, it’s about delivering results.

Award-winning marketer and leader, Flo has over 20 years experience in brand strategy, commercial marketing strategy, corporate communications, new market entries as well as investor and media relations - for blue chip brands in Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
Flo’s strengths are in developing disruptive brand strategies and driving brand awareness and consideration through differentiated marketing communications in order to support growth and revenue targets. Her focus on BRAVE conversation-starter campaigns (as opposed to monologues) has been key in order to develop differentiated and relevant messages to drive sticky and commercially strong relationships. Her media and investor relations skills ensure she can deliver a fully end to end integrated strategy, leveraging her extensive international track-record.
Flo has delivered successful global brand, marketing and new market entry programs for leading international organisations including Barclays Bank PLC (Dubai & London) , HSBC Bank (Sydney), Al Khaliji bank (Doha), Servcorp (Australia & Asia Pacific) and UBS Warburg (Paris).
Educated in France – where she was born, she is bilingual, holding dual French and Australian nationality.

She has 15 years' experience managing global brands and sports marketing initiatives. She possesses a widely coveted mix of technical expertise, creativity and commercial acumen and has a proven track record delivering global trans-media brand campaigns - leveraging budgets of up to 50 million USD. She is an expert in designing high impact brand strategies that appeal to diverse market segments and provide brands with a unique and penetrating voice in cluttered marketplaces.
She consistently performs under pressure and has led teams in the GCC, Spain and Australia to deliver landmark projects including the launch of two retail banks (global and greenfield) where she designed innovative brand and product strategies tailored to influence and connect with a mix of high net worth and mass-market segments. She was also a key member of Qatar’s successful FIFA World Cup bid team. Before co-founding BRAVE, Gina managed the global partnership between FC Barcelona and Qatar Foundation.
