NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this cause is requesting that theCommission enter an order to be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or follows:

Approving a multiunit horizontal well in the 640-acre horizontal drilling and spacingunits Sections 18, 19 and 30, Township 6 South, Range 1 West, Love County, Oklahoma formed forthe Caney, Woodford and Hunton common sources of supply so as to allow such multiunithorizontal well to be drilled as described below and to be completed in and to producehydrocarbons from the above-named common sources of supply and establishing of a properallocation factor for allocating the cost of and the production and proceeds from such multiunithorizontal well to each of the affected units covered hereby.

Granting such other and further relief as may be proper based upon the evidencepresented at the hearing herein. The legal descriptions of the land sections adjacent to the areawithin which the location exception lies are Sections 7, 8, 17, 20, 29, 31 and 32, Township 6 South,Range 1 West, Love County, Oklahoma and Sections 12, 13, 24, 25 and 36, Township 6 South,Range 2 West, Love County, Oklahoma. Applicant further requests that Applicant or some otherparty be authorized the right to drill said well.
