Cities and places to visit!Paris–You can go to the Louvre to see some of the most famous pieces of art

work in the world; for example The Mona Lisa. You can go visit the Palace of Versailles. And you can go up the Eiffel Tower to see amazing views of the city. There is so much to see and do in Paris, you can even get on a hop-on-and-off bus tour of Paris too and you can also see Arc de Triomphe. One of the most popular places in Paris to visit is Disneyland; it might be very expensive but there is something there for everyone, even if your not into rides there is loads to see and tones of shops!

Nice – In Nice there is always nice weather. Nice is the capital of the French Riviera. Nice is a very affordable places. And using the train, you can take day trips to other nearby Riviera cities. It is an amazing city so you can go on lots of sight seeing tours there. It also has some lovely beaches.

Lourdes– Each year the city of Lourdes receives millions of visitors from all over the world. Lots of Catholics go to Lourdes for pilgrimages because it is believed that the virgin Mary appeared there.

CultureFood: The French consider cooking an art so good food and wine are

an important part of everyday living. Every city in France has it own wine and cheese.

Sport: The biggest sporting event in race is the Tour de France which is a bike race held every summer.

Art: Since the middle ages French artists are among the best cultural leaders of Europe. The French have lots of art museums around the county but the best known is The Louvre in Paris, which is home to one of the most famous paintings in the world The Mona Lisa.

Fashion: Fashion plays a huge part in the French culture. Lots of fashion styles from Paris are copied by clothing manufactures around the world. Louis Vuitton, Chanel and lots of other designer brands are based in Paris. Every year a during Paris fashion week these designers put on fashion shows for nine days to display their work.
