dedo anelar)
Principais relações • sulco radial do úmero, entre as cabeças lateral e medial do
tricípite • artéria braquial profunda • Profundamente ao músculo coracobraquial divide-se,
dando uma aparência . Divide-se em ramo profundo (motor) e superficial (sensitivo) característica "olhos de serpente"
Os locais mais frequentes de compressão são: • lateralmente à cabeça longa do tricípite • no sulco espiral • entre o músculo braquial e braquiorradial.
O ramo profundo • arcada de Frohse • ramo recorrente da artéria radial (“trela de Henry”) • entre as cabeças do supinador. O ramo superficial pode estar comprimido • entre o braquiorradial e o extensor longo radial do carpo,
condicionado o síndrome de Wartenberg.
Principais relações • profundamente ao tricípite • túnel cubital • entre a cabeça humeral e cabeça ulnar do flexor ulnar do
carpo • Canal de Guyon, em íntima relação com o pisiforme,
unciforme e artéria ulnar
