For more than 26 years, Mason District Park has welcomed audiences for the free summer Spotlight by Starlight concerts. The series now includes international-themed concerts on Saturday evenings at Ossian Hall Park in Annandale. The two venues offer music, children’s programs, dance, and variety from around the world, and close to home.
