FRENCH PRESS

Step 1

  Grind coffee using coarse

Step 2

  Add coffee to clean dry pot.   Use 1 tbsp of coffee per 4 oz. water

Step 3

  Bring filtered water

to a boil and let cool

for 45 seconds

Step 4   Aggressively pour hot water over grounds, saturating evenly   Set timer for 4 minutes

Step 5

  After 1 minute, stir

grounds and top with

hot water after bloom

settles, if necessary

Step 6   At 4 minutes,

put top on pot a

and slowly plunge. Serve immediately!
