FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS REGARDING THE ONLINE SEATING AND PARKING SELECTION PROCESS:

HOW WILL THE SELECTION PROCESS TAKE PLACE?All Wolfpack Club members and renewing season ticket holders will receive an online application. Additionally, all renewing season ticket holders will receive a paper application in the mail. All season ticket and season parking orders must be submitted by the May 1st priority deadline to be included in the online seat and parking selection process. LTR seat locations cannot be guaranteed if renewed after the May 1st priority deadline.

A 3-D view of the Carter-Finley Stadium and its surrounding parking lots will be available online for previewing and for seat and parking selection. All season ticket holders who place an order by May 1st will receive a selection time based on their priority points ranking. Football season ticket holders who are not WPC members will be placed in order based on their order date and will be given the opportunity to participate after all WPC members participate in the process.

WHO WILL PARTICIPATE IN THE SEATING AND PARKING SELECTION PROCESS?All donors who order parking permits, including those with Lifetime Seating Rights, will choose their parking location online. Lifetime Right season ticket holders will have the option to purchase additional annual season tickets up to their priority limits as well as select their season parking pass locations. Annual season ticket holders will have the opportunity to select annual seat locations and parking pass locations.

**This is NOT a Reseating Process for Lifetime Seating Rights Holders. All Lifetime Right season ticket holders will maintain their LTR seat locations provided they renew their tickets by the priority deadline. Those who are interested in changing their lifetime seating rights and viewing current availability should contact the Wolfpack Club office as soon as possible. Lifetime rights seats changes cannot be made after May 1st.

HOW DO LIFETIME SEATING RIGHTS HOLDERS ADD OR CHANGE THEIR SEATING LOCATIONS?Lifetime Right season ticket holders should contact the Wolfpack Club office before May 1st to discuss upgrade availability. Due to the number of different campaigns and price levels, it is not possible to accomplish this using the online selection tool. The availability of open seats is updated in December each year for the next football season and June for basketball season.

HOW DO I RENEW MY SEASON TICKETS OR PURCHASE NEW SEASON TICKETS? As in previous years, all Wolfpack Club members and renewing season ticket holders will receive an online application as well as a paper application in the mail. All season ticket renewal and season parking orders must be submitted by the May 1st priority deadline to be included in the online selection process.

HOW ARE THE SEAT AND PARKING SELECTION APPOINTMENT DATES/TIMES ASSIGNED?Seating and parking selection appointment times will be assigned to those with an order for season tickets, in order of your Wolfpack Club priority ranking as of gifts received by May 1st. These appointment times will be sent to donors in mid-May by both email and through the postal service. Although another donor may be scheduled an appointment time every 1-3 minutes, each donor will be able to access the system and view availability prior to their appointment time. Once each selection window opens at a donor’s appointment time, they may select seats and/or parking at any time until the selection process is complete in late June.

Groups that wish to sit/park together will need to log in simultaneously based on the member of the group with the latest appointment time.

HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED OF MY SELECTION WINDOW?All season ticket holders who renew or purchase season tickets by the May 1st priority deadline will be sent their selection time via email and US Postal Mail in early to mid-May.

ARE THERE ANY LIMITS ON THE NUMBER OF SEASON TICKETS I CAN PURCHASE IN ANY PARTICULAR SECTION? Yes, limits for new and additional season ticket purchases are based on WPC Annual Giving Level Priority Ticket Limits. Please refer to the Season Ticket booklet for a complete list of Priority Ticket Limits.

WILL I BE ABLE TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL SEASON TICKETS DURING THE SEAT SELECTION PROCESS? Yes, during your selection time you may purchase additional annual season tickets up to your donor priority limits using the seat selection software. The total number of additional annual seats available to you will be based on the WPC Annual Giving Level Priority Ticket Limit. For more information on your priority giving level or to increase your annual contribution, contact the Wolfpack Club at 919-865-1500 prior to May 1st.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE MY SELECTION?Once you log in at your designated selection time, you will have 30 minutes to complete your selections before your shopping cart will expire. If you have not completed your selection process by the time your cart expires, you will still be able to select your locations, but you must start the process over. Please realize that new donors will be coming online every 1-3 minutes to make their selection.

WILL I BE ABLE TO VIEW AVAILABLE SEATS AND PARKING SPACES IN CARTER-FINLEY STADIUM PRIOR TO THE ONLINE SEAT SELECTION PROCESS? Yes, WPC members and football season ticket holders will be notified when a seating and parking inventory map is available to preview before the selection process begins.

WHAT IF I MISS MY ASSIGNED APPOINTMENT TIME, OR AM UNAVAILABLE DURING MY ASSIGNED APPOINTMENT TIME? As a WPC member and/or season ticket holder, you may log in at any time and select at or after your selection time has passed. If you would like assistance from a WPC staff member during your selection time, you may do so over the phone or in-person. Please realize that utilizing the online selection process is the most efficient way to select your seats – calling in or making your selection in person may result in a delay of selecting, which could forgo some of your priority. You certainly have the option of having a friend or family member logging on and selecting on your behalf. The Wolfpack Club office will make every attempt to contact you if you miss your appointment time but will not make a selection on your behalf without your instruction. Appointment times begin around 9 am and conclude around 4:30 pm each day and are not scheduled during weekends. Therefore, if you miss your appointment late on a Friday afternoon, you have until Monday morning before a donor with a worse priority could select ahead of you.

IS THERE AN OPTION TO SELECT MY SEATS AND/OR PARKING IF I DO NOT OWN A COMPUTER?Yes. Many libraries have free computer access and you can always ask a family member or friend to help you with this process. However, we highly encourage you to select your own seats through the online selection tool, as this will give you the most control in making your selections. In doing so, you will be able to see exactly what seats and parking are available along with views from the seats. If you are unable to access the internet at your appointment time, you may give your account information to a delegate or you may select seats over the phone or in person at the Wolfpack Club Office. We also will have computers available to access at the Wolfpack Office if any fans wish to do so. However, using any method other than the online tool could take additional time, which could allow other donors to select ahead of you.

WHAT IF I WANT TO SIT OR PARK WITH A GROUP OF PEOPLE?With the online selection process, each individual will be given an appointment time for seating based on their respective priority point ranking or purchase date. If a group of people wish to select together, each group member needs to coordinate his or her selection with the appointment time of the lowest ranked person within their group; and, at that time (the latest appointment time), each group member can log into the online system and choose their seats or parking spaces together.

NOTE: Since all seats and parking spaces will be selected online, each person in the group will need access to a computer when coordinating the location of their seating location to make their selections simultaneously. Each group member can log in at their assigned time and check the availability of seating and parking locations, thus having the opportunity to make their selections at that point, should they wish to forgo some or all of their group seating based on the lowest ranked person’s selection time within the group.

HOW CAN I IMPROVE MY RANK AND POSITION MYSELF TO CHOOSE THE BEST AVAILABLE SEAT LOCATION?You may improve your rank by making gifts to the Wolfpack Club prior to May 1st. Gifts made to our annual scholarship fund weigh the most when calculating priority points. Your priority point ranking as of gifts made through May 1st will determine the order in which you will choose your seats and parking spaces during the seat selection process. For more information on increasing your donor priority points, please contact the Wolfpack Club at 919-865-1500.

IF I ORDER FEWER TICKETS, WILL I IMPROVE MY LOCATION?A lesser quantity ordered may provide more flexibility in selecting seats, but it will be difficult to predict availability prior to the online selection process.

CAN I LOG IN AND SELECT DIFFERENT SEATS AFTER I HAVE ALREADY SELECTED SEATS AND OR PARKING?No. You can browse available inventory for as long as you would like after your selection window opens. But, you may only complete the actual seat and parking selection process one time. Once you have finalized your seat and parking selection, you will not be able to log back in and alter your seating and parking selection. If you wish to check the availability of other seating and parking locations and change your selection, please call the Wolfpack Club at 919-865-1500.

WILL ANYONE RETAIN THEIR CURRENT SEATING OR PARKING FROM LAST YEAR?Donors with Lifetime Seating Rights (LTRs) will continue to be able to renew their seats as they have done in the past. This online tool is not for making changes to LTRs. If a donor would like to make a change to their LTRs, they would need to talk with a Wolfpack Club staff member beginning in mid-October and prior to May 1st. As always, parking selections are not guaranteed to be the same from year to year for any donor, as has been the policy prior to going to an online selection.

HOW DO I OBTAIN HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE PARKING, SEATS OR SEATS BECAUSE OF MOBILITY ISSUES?Individuals requiring seating in wheelchair accessible rows, or specific seating to meet other disability needs, should call the NC State Ticket Office prior to May 1st. Donors who provide a copy of the state-issue ADA placard prior to May 1st will see available ADA parking spaces at their selection time when they log in that will not be available to other donors. Please note this placard must be displayed each game with the issued parking permit to avoid getting towed or a ticket. If you have any further questions regarding ADA seating and parking, feel free to contact the NC State Ticket Office at any time.

WILL RV SPACES BE SELECTED THE SAME WAY?Yes, donors who place an order for an RV space by the May 1st deadline will be able to view the available inventory of RV spaces at their seating and/or parking selection time and will make their selection during that process in conjunction with their other parking permits if they qualify for additional spaces. Please remember that an RV space counts as a donor’s priority parking space.

HOW DO I LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT? IT WILL BE THE SAME LOGIN AS YOUR ONLINE TICKET ACCOUNT.If you have not yet logged in to your account on GoPack.com/BuyTickets, you may do so any time before May 1st to renew your football season tickets. If you have not previously activated your online account using your Account Number and one-time PIN, please contact the NC State Ticket Office at 919-865-1510.

If you have already activated your online account with your Customer Number and one-time PIN, simply login with your Account Number and password you used to set up your account. If you have forgotten your password, please click on “Forgot My Password,” enter your email address, and your password will be emailed to you. Since you have already activated your online account there is not a PIN number on your renewal form. Please make sure you are able to login to your online account prior to your selection window.

WHAT IS MY WOLFPACK CLUB RANKING? Your Wolfpack Club ranking is based on a calculation of several different factors that when added together, gives you a total number of priority points. The donor with the most points is ranked #1, the second most #2, etc. Factors include current annual scholarship pledge, which weighs the most, along with cumulative giving, consecutive years of donating to the annual fund, and also consecutive years of purchasing season tickets to Wolfpack Football, Men’s & Women’s Basketball, and Baseball. Appointment times will be based on priority points earned through May 1st. Therefore, there is no ranking displayed on your ticket application that was printed in February.
