Analyze the Learner This class is made up of 21 11 th grade students. 15 of the students are Caucasian, 5 African American, and 1 student is Asian. There are no diagnosed learning disabilities in this class and no behavioral disorders. State the Objective After today’s class the students will be able to stay with 90% accuracy who the major players were in World War II as well as make a decision on whether or not we should have dropped the Atomic bomb on Japan. Select the 3 M’s Method: Students will go through the webquest which will require them to go through several sources and form their own opinion of what to do regarding the bomb. Media: Webquest and computers Materials: The students will need their laptops Utilize Media and Materials The students will complete the webquest and present to the class what they have found and what they have learned. Required Learner Participation The students are the ones who are active during the webquest because of this the students are learning more than if they were passive in a lecture style. Evaluate Student are evaluated on their final presentation to the class about the bombings and the students are also graded on the work they turn in for the webquest and their participation in the webquest.
