To present the State Board with the results of the 2019 administration of the Maryland Comprehensive
Assessment Program (MCAP) PARCC ELA and PARCC Math results.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Maryland State Department of Education will provide the following information on the State and
local level results for PARCC ELA and PARCC Math, as well as student group achievement by
race/ethnicity and service groups.
