BAGGAGE-In Miami, two checked-in bags are allowed. Outbound from U.S. to Cuba, thebaggage fee is $25 for the first bag, $40 for the second. Return to U.S.: No baggage fees. Eachchecked bag is limited to 50 lbs and 62 inches dimension (length + width + height). $100 feefor a bag 51 to 70 lbs. No bag may weigh more than 70 lbs. These terms are subject to change.AUTHORITY TO USE IMAGES AND AUDIO RECORDINGS-On occasion, AHI Travelobtains, from its staff, or from trip participants, photographic or video images of passengersand trip activities. By participating in this travel program, you authorize AHI Travel, withoutproviding compensation to you, or obtaining additional approvals from you, to include photo-graphic and video recordings of you, as well as voice recordings included with any videos, inAHI Travel's sales, marketing, advertising, publicity and/or training activities.RESPONSIBILITY-AHI Travel and the Sponsoring Association do not own or operate anyentity which provides goods or services for this program, and act only as agents for the inde-pendent suppliers of travel conveyance, transport, accommodations or other services. All suchpersons or entities are independent contractors. As a result, AHI Travel and the Sponsoring As-sociation are not liable for any negligence or willful act of any such person or entity or anythird person. By forwarding the deposit, the passenger certifies that he/she has nophysical, mental or other condition of disability that would create a hazard for himself/herselfor other passengers and accepts the terms of this contract set out herein and in more specificpre-departure passenger information. The airlines and other transportation companies con-cerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event, during the time passen-gers are not on board their conveyances. The passage contract in use, when issued, shallconstitute the sole contract between the company(ies) and the passenger and/or purchaser ofthis trip.ITINERARY PARTICIPATION - The general license for this program, administered by theU.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), requires that peo-ple-to-people educational exchange travelers participate in a full-time schedule of activitiesthat will result in meaningful interaction with the Cuban people, and imposes on AHI the ob-ligation to ensure that participation. By registering for this program, you certify that you willadhere without deviation to the program itinerary. OFAC may require you to provide a reportabout the educational exchange activities, and requires that you maintain copies of yourrecords relating to this Exchange for a period of five years. CANCELLATION-All cancellations for any reason will be subject to a $250 per person ad-ministrative fee. You may choose, at the time of cancellation, to apply the withheld adminis-trative fee to a future AHI Travel program that will operate in the current calendar year or yearfollowing. Cancellation from 120 days to 76 days prior to departure will result in forfeiture of10% of the entire cost of the trip per person; 75-30 days, 50% of the trip cost per person; can-cellation from 29 days up to the time of departure will result in 100% forfeiture of the entirecost of the trip. TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS AVAILABLE. AN APPLICATION WILL BESENT AFTER YOU RESERVE. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to AHI Travel.CANCELLATION OF TRIP OPTIONS-Purchases of optional excursions, trip extensions and ad-ditional hotel nights become fully non-refundable 45 days prior to departure.
