Get an accountability partner and meet for 5 minutes (at most) 5 days
a week. You each commit to doing 5 things each day to progress

My biggest source of procrastination is the internet, so I have

Do the tasks you don't want to do FIRST and at the first part of your day. Not only does your body physically have more energy and your mind more will-power, it is a booster when you complete that task to keep trucking along. Celeste Yarbrough, Unified Communications Sales Manager

If you overwhelm yourself with the enormity of a project, it is human nature to shut down. Make a list for projects and items to be accomplished.
