John Foreman is the Metahuman affairs minister and head ofthe MCC (Metahuman Control Center) from where he directs theoperations of the striforce of Central City, supervises and giveslegal backup to the group, besides his several responsibilitiesas a government executive responsible for controlling andsupervising the metahuman population.

John Foreman became the Metahumanaffairs minister to replace his predecessorwho was killed by Iman (Leader of theMLL). Foreman played an important rolein consolidating the new strike force andto clean the poor image that was givenbefore. Family father and serenecharacter, Foreman has run the CCMskillfully and with good mangement,becoming the engine that runs theentire MCC.

Officially known as the strikeforce advisory council.This council is composed of two decorated army generalsof the colonial army: Kenneth Osborne, Air Force general,and Hector Mendez, Army force general. The commercialelement of the council is filled by the MCCs operationschief officer, Bill Crossman. Together they form the

trio that is responsible for overseeing and directing thestrikeforce and in the event of an emergency. Coordinatingthe actions between Metahuman teams and Military force.

The MCC special forces team is an elite group of soldiersintended to support the strikeforce in missions, and as a lastresort to stop it. The members of the special forces traindaily with the strikeforce member to learn how to reduce ametahuman, learn about their strengths and weaknesses.Although they are humans without supernatural abilities,their preparation turns them into highly dangerous elements.

The special forces team of Central City is led by CommanderKoji Nakamura, who has made a career based on reducingor eliminating potential metahuman. He is stern and hard,always ready to fight.
