Michael Land is the director of the Land Corporation, one of the most powerful corporations of the world which provides weapons and vehicles to the colonial army, and the strikeforce of Central City. An ambitious and powerful man, who shares a common past with Dawidh Last, as both received their martial training at the hands of the same master, yet they are fighters of different generations, being Michael more veteran. Michael blames Dawidh for the suicide of his younger brother, John Land, ex-world champion of martial arts. Both met at the final. John was chosen the winner by the judges. Rumors say that they fought again afterwards, before John committed suicide. Michael and Dawidh have fought on several occasions, being Michael the winner of every fight. In fact, Dawidh has an deep scar on his left cheek resulting from a fight with Michael. Michael Land is a man surrounded by many secrets, and has a personal army which protects him 24 hours a day. The rivalry among corporations is very fierce, full of conspiracies and betrayals.

Mechman, Machine Man, the Living Machine are some of the nicknames of Martin, who has built special combat armors created by himself self with his extraordinary talent to create machines of all kinds. He is the best friend of Morgan in the strikeforce. Until now his clear judgment and rational mind, has always been a reference to his teammates. Unfortunately, after the tragedy of Fuerza6, he suffer severe body loses, which were replaced by cybernetic implants, which has caused him the infamous “machine illness”, which is the loss of humanity and common sense due to psychological rejection of the implants. This degenerative madness has allowed him to build Eve, a self-aware android. Advanced A.I (artificial interigence) which was banned when the “rise of the machines” war ended. Martin keeps this in secret.

The police department of Central City is composed by brave men and women who have sworn to protect the city. That are responsible for watching over us, and the compliance with the law and order in Central City, though it is notan easy task, yet there is a large number of metahumans living among ordinary citizens, most them behave like common citizen. Yet, in many ocassions, the police have to face low level metahuman, who may not be lethal but still dangerous.

In general, the police usually only deals with metahumans affairs when it comes to petty crimes and controllable situations. They are equipped with light armor and helmentm which protects them from low level physical and psychic attacks.
