This machine is capable of centering and beveling lenses or plano workpieces in a fullyautomatic cycle, including loading and unloading of the workpieces by robot.

ProductiveThis machine is equipped with two integrated lensholding pallets. Depending upon the size of lenses tobe processed up to 600 lenses can be loaded forautomatic processing. Once processing parametersare set by the operator, the machine can run unin-terrupted for 4 - 8 hours.

Efficient and Simple to OperateThis is a very efficient machine and alsosaves valuable factory floor space due to itssmall footprint.

• Seven step grinding feed speeds increase precision and productivity

• Adjustment of the holders can be accomplished without removing thespindles. This maintains the precision of the machine set-up.

• Standardized pallet size enables loading of various size of lenses and reduces extra costs for jigs.

• Easy operating system allows operation by operators with minimum experience

• Small errors which do not affect quality of finished product are ignoredfor un-attended processing (during the night without operator).

However, the machine will stop production if the error is critical to the final quality of the product.
