‘The characteristic of job is more important to me. I prefer higher salary, but interest will also be the minor criterion of my job searching in the future. I prefer more interested position within the high

salary industry/company.’"Choosing a career

is an involved process that is based

on a number of things, including

your interests, skills, work-related values, and personality."  I think there might

be different weights for these variables depending on the nature of job or

individual's value.

‘Interesting could create huge value for individual and  whole society, pain work only contribute to survive. ---- Joanna HR Officer of Medicinal
