10 Copy of Valuation Certificate from Govt. Approved Valuer.

11 Bank Deposit Sleep indicates deposit of Labour Cess amount in Govt. Account, Dena Bank, Silvassa Branch with signature and stamp of approval of Assistant Engineer, PWD/Building Inspector, DNH.

12 Submit existing building Plans copy with any type of deviation with Photographs.

13 Rain Water Harvesting System (with Architect’s Certificate) and with Photographs.

16 Fire NOCs For Industrial/Commercial/High Rise Buildings, Petrol Pump, Service Station, Resort, Hotel Buildings, Institutional Buildings, Hospital Buildings is required.

7 Form Submission

Applicant submits all the Application to CAMS at COLLECTORATE SILVASSA & MAMLATDAR (KHANVEL) except for Industrial Buildings which is submitted in SWIFT

system at DISTRICT INDUSTRY CENTRE (DIC), DNH.


Document verification.

Field/Site visit for verification of site as per construction permission order.

Final NOC from Fire Department required.

Issuance of letter for penalty if found any deviation from the approved plan of Construction permission order.

Grant of Occupancy Certificate.


No fee is required for grant of Occupancy Certificate.

If found any deviation in the construction as per the

construction permission then applicant has to pay fee as per Development Control Rules, 2014.

Mode of Payment:- RTGS/POS/UPI/Cheque/DD.
