• From a web browser, visit http://www.fuzemeeting.com and log into your account

• Select the “Start Now or Schedule” button to start a

new meeting (fig. 1)

• Select the “Start Meeting” button (fig. 2)

• Select the “Email Invitations” button to invite attendees to join the meeting. You may also select the “Invite” button located at the bottom right of the Web Attend-ees panel to invite attendees to join the meeting (fig. 3)

• Once the meeting is started, select the “Add Content” button to add content such as graphic or video files. (fig. 3)

• From a web browser, visit http://www.fuzemeeting.com log into your account • Select the “Start Now or Schedule” button to schedule

a new meeting (fig. 4)

• Select the “Schedule Meeting” button (fig. 5)

• Enter the email addresses of the attendees you would like to invite, the time/date of the meeting and a brief description of the meeting. Select the “Save and Send Request” button. (fig. 6)

• Invited attendees to a meeting will receive an email invitation with conference call instructions

• As attendees join the meeting, they will appear in the

Call Attendees panel (fig. 7)

• If attendees do not appear in the Call Attendees panel, access the “Audio Conference Info” dialog box by selecting “Call Info” located in the upper right corner of the Call Attendees panel. Select the “Fuze In” button to connect them to the meeting (fig. 7)

• During the meeting, the host has the ability to moder-ate the call without interrupting the speaker. For example, if an attendee’s call is creating background noise, the host can mute their line by hovering over the attendee’s phone number in the Call Attendees panel and selecting “Mute” (fig. 8)

• Use the instant messaging feature found in the Meeting Chat panel to easily communicate with attendees (fig. 9)

• Select the Fuze Messenger icon located at the bottom

left of the interface to open the Fuze Messenger panel and communicate with your contacts in the major instant messaging (IM) networks like MSN, AIM, Gtalk and others (fig. 9)

• Select the “Add Content” button to add content such as graphic or video files (fig. 10)

• Added content will appear along the tab bar. Select the content to be displayed by selecting the individual content tabs (fig. 11)

• Use the arrow buttons to step through added presen-tations or documents such as files created with Microsoft PowerPoint or Microsoft Word (fig. 12)

• Use the content manipulation tools to move, zoom-in or zoom-out and scale added content (fig. 12)

• Use the content annotation tools to add notes or drawings to the added content (fig. 12)

• Use the audio and video playback buttons to step through added audio and video content (fig. 13)

• During a meeting, select the “Quick Start” tab found along the tab bar (fig. 14)

• Select the “Share Desktop” button (fig. 14)

• Download and install the Fuze Meeeting plug-in when prompted (fig. 15)

• Select the “Screen Share” tab that appears along the tab bar (fig. 16)

Let others help.Attendees of your meeting can normally only view the content and join the conference call. But you can also assign different roles to attendees which lets them partici-pate in the following ways:

• Hover over an attendee’s name in the Web Attendee’s panel to change an attendee’s role allowing them to annotate or become a presenter (fig. 17)

• Check the “Record this meeting” checkbox to start recording automatically when scheduling a meeting (fig. 18)

• Select the “Stop Recording” button to stop recording when a meeting has started (fig. 19)

• Select the “Meetings” tab and then the “Recorded Meetings” tab to review or share your recorded meetings (fig. 20)
