Transition Issues. The Trustee terms, term limits, and election methods stated herein represent alterations to previous procedures under the previous version of the Code of Regulations. Consequently, it will be necessary to provide for certain procedures to facilitate an orderly transition (“Transition Procedures”) …

Therefore, the Board shall adopt such Transition Procedures as it deems appropriate in order to provide clarification regarding these matters during such period;
