This double needle bar Raschel machine was developed to provide versatile knitting structures. The built-in piezo jacquard system is capable of joining thick sectional fabric structures smoothly and seamlessly. Variations of Jacquard structures have been enhanced to allow free pattern designs and to ensure production of homo-geneous and beautiful products comprising a mixture of thick
fabric and thin fabric. Application of this technology can produce cylindrical goods up to almost complete products with less neces-sity of a sewing process. Considerably improved pattern effect presents the production of a variety of products ranging from innerwear such as seamless foundation wear and pantyhose up to outerwear.
Outerwear, Seamless foundation wear (Pantyhose)Newly designed structure can express two-color pattern effects, and thus a combination with an epochal and novel production technique that has never been used before presents unique and individualistic seamless products. Further, taking an advantage of seamless features, the machine allows the designers to fully exhibit their creativeness, for instance, by taking in cylindrical streamline design or lacy design so as to produce fascinating clothes.
Bodysuits, innerwearSoft touch by use of functional materials, breathability by Jacquard mesh structure, and also the elimination of a feeling that some-thing is unpleasant to the skin by perfect seamless finishing make the clothes comfortable to wear. The use of elastic yarns makes the garments fit the body perfectly. Further, a variety of mesh structures and pattern effects by a piezo jacquard system offer a comfortable feeling to wear, as well as a fascinating and exciting appearance.
