Gaining Access to SystemT Web Tooling On IBM Bluemix Step 1: Setting up your account on IBM Bluemix: These instructions have been tested on the Chrome browser. Please try to use Chrome for accessing the SystemT Web Tooling on IBM Bluemix. Other browsers may or may not be successful. In your browser, go to https://console.ng.bluemix.net/

Click on Sign Up, and fill out the required information to create an account.

Check your email to validate your email address and gain access to IBM BlueMix.

Step 2: Accessing SystemT Text Analytics Web Tooling on IBM Bluemix: Log in to IBM Bluemix. You will see your personal dashboard.

At the top of the page, click Catalog.

In the search box, search for “Analytics for Apache Hadoop and click on the resulting application.

Step 3: Create an instance of SystemT Text Analytics Web Tooling: After loading the Analytics for Apache Hadoop application page, create an instance to use by clicking Create on the right hand side of the page (leave the fields as they are).

You will be taken to the application page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and take note of the credentials you have been assigned. Then, click the Launch button at the top right of the page.

Click Text Analytics in the middle of the page.

You will be taken to the Text Analytics Web Tooling interface. You are ready to begin creating extractors.
