Introduction
•Gamification is the use of game design elements in non-game settings to engage participants and encourage desired behaviours. •It has been identified as a promising technique to improve teachers engagement which could have a positive impact on education system.
•Need•Basic Concepts

Literature survey
• Gamification has also been successfully utilized in education.
• Gamification has also been applied in the health industry with positive results in 2012
• In IT industry research, Gartner predicts that by 2015, more than half of companies managing innovation processes will employ gamification, a process of applying game mechanics to non game contexts.

Problem Statement
•To explore the impact of gamification on teachers' engagement.•To gain understanding about teachers' engagement through students' voting reports and interactions with the gamified platform. •To measure the impact of gamification on teachers teaching skills. •To measure the impact of gamification on student academic performance.

Existing System vs Proposed System
Existing System
•In current system, students can give votes or feedback to teachers or staff members. But students cannot see the result of feedback•In current system student who have above 75% attendance only they can give feedback
![Page 11: Gamification for feedback analysis](https://reader036.vdocument.in/reader036/viewer/2022062320/55c40f29bb61eb8e028b45ae/html5/thumbnails/11.jpg)
Proposed System
•In our system staff members and also students can view the status of votes through the game updates. •Gamification will bring a competitive spirit in all staff members and each staff member will take efforts to improve his/her teaching skills.

Benefits Of Gamification
• The Benefits of Gamification are many and varies from Industry to Industry.
• Game Mechanics and Game Features are designed to Boost certain Metrics.
• The main measurable metrics of success include: engagement, influence, loyalty, user generated content, time spent, and virality.

Applications
•In Education•In health industry•Improving operational productivity •Driving consumer awareness and engagement •Deepening product usage •Facilitating employee learning and participation •Increasing employee engagement •Triggering lifestyle changes

Conclusion
•The proposed system suggests to use gamification approach that brings a competitive spirit in non-gaming working zone.•By viewing the scores in the game, each staff member can get an overview about his/her teaching skills and can improve in the fields where the scores are less.•Thus gamification will increase the teachers engagement in teaching and will indirectly leave a positive impact on students academic performance.
