well  as  participants.  He  briefed  the objective  of  behind  the  theme  and related present situation of the region. He  told  that  in  the  very  first  year  of celebration, only 45 women came but now  the  situation was  changed. Now we  have  to  control  the  gathering  of women.   According  the  theme,  three  main stake holders are such as Government 

representatives,  social  activist  and  representatives  from  academic  sectors. Also  representatives from  the  community  were  shared  their  views  regarding  theme.  The  speech  of  speakers emphasized  that  the  importance of Women's day  and women's day  celebrations woman plays very important part in every one’s life so women's day is every ones festival. Women the ideal for the innate ability to care, love and sacrifice. She plays persistent roles of a mother, daughter, wife, sister, friend, guide and teacher. She  is the most patient as well as the most courageous person. Facing lot of troubles, harassment all the times from the past, women have fought for their way to protect  their  rights and  to set  their existence. Far  from being helpless victims, women are now resourceful, tough and courageous enough to face adversity.   Women's Day is the day of commemoration of women as makers of history. With a lot of struggle from  the  past  now  women  are  able  to  walk shoulder to shoulder with men. Women achieved financial  independence  with  education  and developed a  life of dignity and self worth. So we need  to celebrate  the day with pride and honor. We  should understand  girl  and boy  are equal  in our  life. Only  through education, we can able  to change  the  mindset  of  whole  community.  We have great examples of Goddess Durga, Laxmi bai, Meera, etc in our society as a example of women’s bravery. Then how can we count them lesser from men. Main is that women should take her place by their own efforts only.     Speakers  also  spoke about  the  prohibition of  mautana.  Mautana (amount which is taken from  culprit)  is  very common in tribal community. When any one met with an accident and died, not only in accident even if a snake can bit anyone and dies. Then his community demands mautana from the culprit
