GARMENT MANAGER SOFTWARE MMStex®

• Web-based application that enables access to data related to the use and control of the

garment, as well as the management of each equipment installation and their proper

functioning.

The main features of the Garment Management Software MMStex® are:

• View the overall status of all equipment, stocks, garments, and users.

• Reception and display of alarms/alerts:

o Stock alerts for clean garment restocking or dirty garment retrieval.

o Equipment alarms to detect incidents in the equipment operation.

• Management of application users and their different profiles and roles.

• Management of garment consuming users: Credits, stock, consumptions, garments in use, etc.

• Hierarchical structure: Grouping of consumers by department.

• Garment management: Using RFID technology, it enables the traceability of each unit, making

it possible to know the exact position of the use cycle in which it is located.

• Full control of user transactions with equipment: Consumptions, returns, owner of each garment,

non-returns, etc.

• Reports and graphs for consumptions, stocks, alerts, alarms, etc.



TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Web-based application developed using Angular frontend 5 + Bootstrap 4.

Backend Java 8 with Spring Boot.

REST Services architecture in accordance with the OpenAPI standard through Swagger.

Apache Tomcat embedded server.

MySQL 5.6 database system, with INNOBD as predefined engine.

JWT authentication system in web services (cookies are not used).

Continuous monitoring systems of the application status.

Each client application runs on its own individual application server.

Responsive page design, which makes it easy to use on all types of devices.

All listings displayed can be exported to Excel.

DIAGRAM AND ARCHITECTURE OF THE SYSTEM

The MMStex devices are installed in the center with two connection modes:

• Connected to the internal network of the center: valid for local server and online.

• Connected to the internet via SIM cards: valid for local server.

Respect to the MMStex® GMS server, we have two different options:

• Virtual or physical server within the network of the center.

• Online version mmstex.com

Both options encompass the following services:

• FTP server.

• MySQL database system.

• Web server.

• GMS Application, Garment Management Software.

MMStex devices communicate continuously with the GMS Server device through their MMStex

HMI software, exchanging XML/logs files with the FTP server: consumptions, returns, reading

inventories, operation and usage logs, status information of each module, configuration of

each device, stocks, alarms, warnings, etc. At the same time, devices collect from the FTP

other information: users and their information balanced with other devices information,

management data and other modifications made in the GMS web interface.

All this occurs in a continuous synchronization mode, in which it is compared and updated in

the internal database of the MMStex device with the GMS server.

The equipment and devices are prepared to work offline in case of connection failure, each

device has locally the same information that it is on the server, and they can continue to work

normally by self-management, until the connectivity is recovered and re-synchronized with the

server.



Within the GMS server, its web server and MySQL database, are performing a continuous

bidirectional "Pairing" and synchronizing in real time with the content of the

FTP server.

From any client device (desktops, smartphones, tablets, etc.) with any type of web browser

that has a connection to the SES network, for the version with the local server, or internet

access, for the online version; we can check at any moment and manage all the information

from the MMStex GMS web interface.

FUNCTIONALITIES

MMStex® GMS is a web application that allows access to data related to the use and control

of garments, as well as managing each installation of equipment and guaranteeing its correct

operating. Its main functions are:

• General display of the status of all equipment in the installation, garment references,

stocks, and alarms.

Reception, visualization, filtering and alerts and alarms management:

Configurable alerts of the percentage of remaining stock in each cell for replacement

of clean garment

Alerts to remove dirty garments if the trolley is full.

Alarms to detect incidents in the usual functioning of the device.



Dispensing and return device ‘alarm’

• Management of the garment users: maximum credits, remaining stock, balance of

garments, consumption, clothes in use, etc.

Includes filtering by areas, and quick import and export of Excel listings.

‘Consumers’. Users of the devices and their areas.



• Garment management: through RFID technology, it allows the traceability of each

element with a tag, allowing to know the exact point on the use cycle where it is

located, the type of garment, the user who has it, knowing its historical use, cycle

counter, cycle warning in case that the guaranteed minimum is exceeded, etc.

o Grouping and consumers management by departments, groups and patterns

of use.

o Equipment management by facilities, center/offices and services/areas.

• Total control over the transactions of each consumer in the devices: consume

historicals, returns, entrance of clean clothes, departure of dirty clothes, manual

readings, etc.

It is possible to filter them by various areas and export them to Excel, for total control

over the history of the center's transactions.

• Reports and graphs of usage, consumption, evolution over time, by sizes, by users, by

teams, alerts, unreturned pieces, etc.

They are configurable for total control and system adjustment.
