Investments and Trusts, line #23, Whitebait (a partnership), the explanation for using value codc "V " is as follows: I held a one-third interest in the "~hitehallinvestment whose sole asset is a fifty-year-old lease on a small piece of property on Markham Street, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkan sas. We, in turn, rent thebuilding on the property, the rents c onstitute the so]e source of incom e to the partnership. L easehold expired on 12/31/09, therefore this is the last report 0f thisasset.Explanation from Part VII., Line 89. AR Dev. Fin Auth Bond was sold on 8fl/04 for a loss of $14.00, however, this sale was inadvertantly omitted. 1 am nowreporting that sale to correct the omission.
