• Remote troubleshooting (Go2FLSDevice) with easy and encrypted access to gas analyser devices all over the world providing better customer support and remote hardware monitoring and diagnostics.

• On-site assistance including on-site trouble-shooting and preventive maintenance

• Specialised analyser workshop carrying a full range of spares for major brands. The turn-around time for an analyser is aimed to be less than 12 days after reception.

• Repair and support of a range of brands: ABB, Siemens, Emerson/ Rosemount, Durag, NEO, etc.

• Upgrade and refurbish of existing systems of any brand

• Service agreement with yearly maintenance inspections and follow-up report plus a discount on spare and wear parts as well as first priority status
