� Drinking Water Consumption per Staff per Day is 4 glasses of 250 ml each , thus

Yearly Consumption per Staff = ( 250 ml/day x 4 x 260 days ) , that is

13.75 Bottles of 5-gallon bottled water, where ( 5 gallons = 18.9 liters )

� Fixed Costs are to be amortized in a 3-year period. Filtered Water is more advantageous, if the amortized

period is longer, like 4 or 5 years

� Filters of Filtered Water Dispenser are to be replaced Twice ( 2 ) per Annum
