GCU Club Tennis Information 2015/2016

CoachEd Prudhomme, USPTA Elite Professional, is the Director of Tennis at Paseo Racquet Center. He has had over 30 years of coaching experience in both the private and team settings. Coach Prudhomme will oversee and run the practice and accompany the team to several of the local events and on all the road trips.

Club ActivitiesWe have approximately 2 competitions monthly. They will either be Tennis on Campus tournaments, home & Home matches vs other local schools club teams, exhibition matches with Jr college teams, round robin events with other local club teams and participation in the local USTA leagues. As more of these events are finalized, we will add them to the following schedule:

Practice SchedulePractices will begin in September; we will pick times that allow the best participation by club members.Currently we practice Tuesday from 5pm to 7pm and Saturdays from Noon to 2pm. These times may change based upon club members school schedules

Club DuesAll club members will have an annual due of $300 for the school year 2015/2016. This fee will supplement the clubs budget to cover the costs of our court rentals, equipment, team jerseys, tournament/league entry fees and travel/hotel/food expenses for out of town road trips. Fees will be due by September 15th, 2015.

Try OutsTry out will be held on Tuesday September 1st from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, at our home courts. Paseo Racquet Center, 6268 West thunderbird Road, Glendale AZ 85306. If you cant make it, contact me to make arrangements to come to a practice to try out.
