primarily focused on Europe and North America. Although these two regions may appear similar on the

surface, they are very different in actuality (notably regulative frameworks). What works in Europe may

not work in North America and vice versa (e.g. market perception, bias, privacy regulations).

Opportunity assessment (Tier 1)

Our Tier 1 service is tailored for smaller entities and corporate divisions that operate on a limited

budget. The main focus is to streamline operations so that minimal time is wasted on redundant

activities and to remove eventual bottlenecks. The latter is often difficult to detect from the inside but

are easily identified when looking in from the outside (i.e. the tunnel vision effect).

In order for us to effectively help you, we need to understand exactly what it is you want to do, what

your target audience is and how you intend to capture it. The backbone of service is communication

between you and us where we assist you in looking at your current operations and market position from

above. The primary issues we concentrate on are:

• What activities yield highest profitability compared to business volume.

• What activities slow you down and should be eliminated or outsourced.

• How to increase overall business volume and raise unit profitability while increasing internal

capacity.

The Tier 1 process takes 2 - 3 weeks. Once we have assessed the situation and the opportunities at hand,

we provide you with a report that addresses your current situation, your strengths and weaknesses, a

brief analysis of the competitive environment, and how you can transform your operation into a highly

efficient profitability-driven enterprise through strategic partnerships and outsourcing.

Strategic positioning (Tier 2)

In our world of high frequency data, artificial intelligence, probability models, social engagement

platforms and automated consumer profiling solutions, it is easy to forget that the market is

comprised of people. Technology will help you estimate market needs and desires, but it will not

automatically turn people into loyal customers.

Our Tier 2 service goes deeper into your operation than Tier 1 and explores whether the market truly

perceives you the way you want to be perceived. Also, it looks closely at what your competitors are

doing to strengthen their own position at your expense. The focal points of our strategic positioning

service are to:

• Leverage your current operations to penetrate new market territories and reach new audiences.

• Reduce inefficient activities to increase operating capacity and business volume.

• Measure level of innovation and introduce solutions that provide competitive advantages.

The Tier 2 process takes anywhere from 2 - 6 months depending on the scope of the work to be

undertaken and size of the operation. Once we have assessed the internal situation and potential

external threats and opportunities, we provide you with a report that outlines what can be done to

increase your overall market share and turnover. We use Gantt charts to provide you with a clear

roadmap that blends sequential and parallel activities to minimize delay from current position to where

you want to be. Should you require assistance regarding the execution of the strategy itself, please

continue to the next section (Tier 3).

Market engagement (Tier 3)

Tier 3 is oriented around reaching new target audiences in your current territory or opening up new

territories for your business. This type of work requires a delicate approach as your existing and future

customers are sensitive to what you stand for and how you operate.

When approaching a new territory, your current territories cannot be left to suffer as a consequence;

neither can current customers be allowed feel less appreciated once the customer-base is broadened.

Under Tier 3, we operate much like a SWAT (Special Weapons And Tactics) team where we handle

various tasks in close collaboration with your key personnel. Among these tasks are:

• Management of the marketing and advertising campaign and supervising ad production.

• Interaction with potential distributors, resellers, partners and media.

• Implement the strategic plan and ensure that milestones and targets are met on time.

Before we assume this type of project, we assess the risks involved and probability of success (if we

handled Tier 2 for you, that assessment will already be in place). If we deem the project suitable and

negotiations between us are successful, we assign a consultant to become part of your team. He or she

will work exclusively for you for the duration of the project or as outlined in our service contract. Tier 3 is

a long-term engagement that can last from 6 months to 3 years and are negotiated on a case-by-case

basis.
