PURPOSE:This policy is issued by the General Manager to all staff of Gulf Drilling and Maintenance

Company at the point of joining the organization. The policy shall serve as guiding principles to all

staff in the course of discharging job responsibilities.

companies.

GDMC SERVICESGulf Drilling and Maintenance Company, GDMC, is an integrated Oil Services Company established in 1982, started

operations in Kuwait and the neutral zone between Kuwait and Saudi Arabia with slick line services.

Since that time, GDMC has grown tremendously and diversified its operations. Many services are now performed assisting

the client in evaluating producing wells production and servicing these wells to monitor and increase oil production.

GDMC operations are organized in different service departments designed to optimize efficiency and promote direct

contacts with client personnel, thus insuring the best possible performance.

These departments are:

1. Well Services: Well Stimulation, Coiled tubing and Nitrogen pumping services.

2. Surface Well Testing services with conventional and testing units and Multi phase flow meters.

3. Slick line services.

4. Wellhead Maintenance.

5. Wire line Logging Services

6. Drilling Services ( Agents for Terranaut Technology Gulf Limited

7. Oil well cementing services

Safety and environment factors are the primary consideration by management and all employees before we engage in any project /operation.

All personnel are trained and certified in their different disciplines either in house or internationally according to GDMC training plans so

that all HSE rules and regulations are followed and abided by hearts and minds. The aim is to make safety and respect for the

environment a way of life for GDMC personnel, not just a set of rules.




GDMC SERVICES

CEMENTING SERVICES & CAPABILITIES :

• Complete range of Cementing additives including fluid loss, friction reducer, retarder, anti-foaming agent,

and accelerator etc. for all temperature ranges.

• Cementing units equipped with ACM (Automatic re-Circulating Density Control System) and DAS (Data

Acquisition System).

• Capability to provide cementing services for all primary cement jobs from Conductor to production casings.

• Capability to provide Ultra light cements slurries as well as heavy weight cement slurries using differentweighting agents.

CEMENTING LAB FACILITY

Have a complete facility of performing following test in Cement Lab as per API Standard:

• Thickening time Test using HPHT Consistometer.

• Fluid Loss Test using HPHT Fluid Loss cell.• Surface and down-hole Rheology Test.

• UCA, Ultra Sonic Cement Analyzer for 24 hr Compressive Strength.

• Free Water Analysis and all other basic testing.




1.1 CEMENTING EQUIPMENT :With reference to subject Tender for provision of cementing and pumping services following equipment's

with mentioned specifications shall be employed:

A. Bulk Cement Storage:

The bulk storage capacity of 27,000 Cu.ft cement, comprising of Bulk Storage Silos, Mobile Bulk Banana Trailers,

660 Cu.ft Twin pod and 1,200 Cu.ft Tri-pod bulk trailers, Cutting Tanks etc.




B. Twin Pump Cementing Unit:The cementing units are skid mounted and can be installed on the offshore rig. The unit specifications are

as follows:

Type: Twin, trailer mounted cementing unit 500 HHP, 10,000 Psia working pressure. Skid mounted

cementing units

Company Mixing System:The unit is equipped with a complete re-circulating cement mixing system consisting of centrifugal

pumps, a slurry tub, mixing system and all required piping.

C. Batch Mixer:

GDMC offers a skid mounted Batch Mixers 50 Bbls. single pot and 100 Bbls. Dual pot mixing

capacity.




STIMULATION & COILED TUBING SERVICES

STIMULATION:

Stimulation Services includes the following:

• Various acid concentrations up to 28% - gelled and un-gelled acid.

• Emulsified Acid System – retarded acid.

• Chemical diverter for carbonate formations – using non-damaging non-polymer Visco-elastic surfactant (VES) basedfluids.

• Nitrified acid – for acidizing the low pressure formations and for easy flow back.

• Acidizing long horizontal sections (OH / CH) using Coiled Tubing.

• Well unloading services – Kick-off jobs with Nitrogen.

• Wellbore clean-out services – sand/fill removal.

• Organic deposit (Asphaltene) removal jobs.

• Water / brine Filtration services – using twin pod filtration unit.




STIMULATION CHEMICALS

• Corrosion Inhibitor.

• Anti-sludge.

• Non-emulsifier.

• Acid emulsifier agent.

• Iron control additive. • Iron chelating agent.

• Chemical Diverters (Polymer free Visco-Elastic Surfactant).

• Gelling agents.

• Organic Solvents i.e Toluene and Xylene

• Mutual solvent.

STIMULATION LAB FACILITY

Have a fully equipped stimulation lab with the facility to perform following stimulation test:

• Quality check for the acid – titration, SG checking etc.

• Corrosion Test

• Emulsion break test

• Sludge test

• Sieve Analysis

• Solubility tests

• Rheology testing for different fluids.




STIMULATION & CT EQUIPMENT

PUMPING UNITS:

• Twin pumping units – equipped with triplex pumps (500 HHP each and CWP 10,000 psi).

• Twin pump unit equipped with triplex pumps 1,000 HHP and CWP 10,000 psi.

• Single pumping unit – triplex pump (250 HHP)

• Pumping units are equipped with “Data Acquisition System” for Real time Data monitoring and recording.

FRAC PUMPING UNIT:

Single HP Frac pumping unit – triplex pump (2,250 HHP) and 15,000 Psi CWP.

COILED TUBING UNITS:

• 2 CT Units. with 1.5” Coiled tubing pipe 40,000 Lbs injector head and 1.375” coiled tubing pipe 80,000 Lbs injector

head 18,000 ft of coiled tubing pipe rated 10,000 and 15,000 Psi, respectively.

• Both CT units are equipped with real time DAQ system for monitoring and recording the well intervention jobs.




• Both units are equipped with electronic as well as mechanical depth counters to eliminate any confusion in

monitoring depths.

• All necessary equipment for standard operations as well as for fishing operations.

• Capability of performing “stiff” wireline jobs (electric line logging with coiled tubing.

• Cerberus software to simulate and design all CT interventions.

NITROGEN PUMPING UNIT:2 Nitrogen units 180,000 scf/hr, 10,000 Psi. 3,000 Scf/ Liquid Nitrogen Cryogenic Tanks with total storage

capacity of 3,000 Gal.




WELL TESTING SERVICES:

• GDMC Operates fully computerized, separator based fleet of well testing units of 1440 psi wp., with 10000 psi choke manifold.

• Provides Superior Production rates measurements.

• Suitable for full range of Gas/Oil Ratio, pressure and flow rates measurement.

• The horizontal design offers also the advantage of large gas/liquid and oil/water interfaces retention time to speed and enhance

the separation process.

• All equipment is rated for H2S and CO2 environment.

• Each testing unit contained with to two trailers:• One trailer mounted with 10k and 15k psi 3-1/16” choke manifold, 1440 psi test separator, 50 bbl atmospherically gauge tank.

• The second trailer (command center) mounted with Lab cabin, generator, air compressor, with Data acquisition system.

• T= Turbine meters with counters.

• 2-gas lines to measure min. and max. gas rates.

• Gauge tank for very low flow rates and meter calibration.

• Fully computerized system with sensors.

• High temperature design up to 350 F.

• 10k and 15k pressure rating.

SLICKLINE SERVICES:

Well slick line intervention with 10 truck mounted units with double drum equipped for all type of well services with slick line

and fishing serves as well. Our slick line personnel have an average of 10 years of field experience and with managementand fishing experts with more than 25 years in the field.

All slickline units are fully equipped for:

• Running Memory Gauges

• Down hole changes

• Pressure and temp. gauges

• Tubing check

• Swabbing• Dump Bailer Cementing

WELLHEAD MAINTENANCE:

• Work closely with client to insure integrity and safety of their assets and operations.

• Online lubrication, sealing and repairing of valves without interrupting production.

• Servicing production facilities like Gathering Centers.

• Complete database about maintenance activity.

Protecting Health, Safety and Environment is the primary goal of GDMC.

GDMC COMMITMENT IS:

• Providing accident / incident free services.

• Make sure “No one Gets Hurt”

• Nothing is more important than HS&E.

• Not production, not sales, not profit.

• All incidents, accidents and injuries are preventable.

• All new employees are given safety orientation and introduction. This training covers basic HSE principle, HSE

Management program, HSE Policy and objectives.

• HS&E requirements are communicated to all personnel through the HSE orientation session and training courses

organized time to time.

• All the heavy / light duty vehicles are installed with most advanced driving monitoring system “VDO” to enhance fleet

efficiency and avoid any accidents.

• Established a new system for re-cycling of used empty chemical drums. All used chemical drums are collected and re-

cycled.

• With continuous monitoring and follow up GDMC HSE department has achieved the followingKPI’s results:
