Quality of education is the base of employability. Acute consideration should be provided for gender dynamicsand stereotyping that exist in the management education. 5. SPECIFYING THE RESEARCH PURPOSE This study is sought to determine the major gender issuesthat has been confronting in the management education. Italso seeks to tease out the various deficiencies that exist inthe management education. It also explains how to deal withthese issues and by that ensuring employability and avoidinggender bias. 8. METHODOLOGY Questionnaire method Target questions :Target question where designed to conduct this study becauseit demands an investigative questioning as it leads to coreissues of management education which is a too specific study.Questions includes structured questions. 9. Research Questions In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the questionswere generated. The data generated will help to unravel the major challengesin management education in respect to gender issues. The data generated will help in evolving appropriatemeasures and alternatives and that will enable academiciansto compact the problems and make employable managers. In addition the data generated will also help to expand thefrontiers of knowledge or add to the existing literature in thearea. 10. Research Questions Finally it is hoped that the outcome of the study will help inmaking breakthrough changes in the management educationand an solution to gender bias that exist. 11. REPORTING AND EVALUVATINGRESEARCH The result of the investigation revealed that there does notexist an inequality of gender in the management education. Gender has never been a barrier in the career life span. There do exist a stereotyping in the management educationwhile taking specialization which are due to prejudicedthoughts of the society. Male and female behavior at work and classroom aredifferent because there does not exist gender dynamics. Acquired characteristics and in born sex difference have onlypartial influence, it does not effect much on the performancelevel. 12. CONCLUSION The results of the study have helped to throw light into a newdimension of management education and has become asolution to eradicate the dilemma that exist in themanagement education with respect to gender aspects Study demands for a redefining of the managementeducation. Following ways can help in dealing the gender issues in themanagement education Be acutely sensitive to the gender dynamics in yourclassroom. 13. CONCLUSION Encourage all students to speak. Provide all students with a lot of feedback andencouragement. Be attentive to differences in communication styles Rethink
