An attendance register was in circulation in the room. 2) Membership of the Working Group There are currently 128 members registered in the Working Group. Membership in the WG-CNAP is the fastest growing working group of the SSC (SGK). Membership has increased from: 2007: 30 members 2008: 97 members 2009: 128 members The more members, the stronger our voice!

The members are distributed primarily in the German and French-speaking areas of Switzerland. The south-eastern region (Ticino) is not yet represented, and this will be a goal in 2009-2010, to increase membership in all regions of Switzerland. 4) Position in the Swiss Society of Cardiology

The Working Group is part of the Swiss Society of Cardiology and is represented in the CCNAP of the European Society of Cardiology.

There are currently 2 Interest Groups in our Working Group: Heart Failure and Electrophysiology/Arrythmia. We encourage new groups to be created based on the interests of the members (such as interventional cardiology, ambulatory care, paediatrics, etc)

6) Voting on Statutes for Working Group The statutes were passed unanimously. They are attached to this letter. 7) Election of Members of the Board for 2009/2011 A big thank you to the Members of the Board for their participation. Their help and contribution in building our Working Group is greatly appreciated. Wibke Reigber, Christine Tschannan, and Denis Hemme Corina Perini We will not forget Corina Perini who passed away last September. Her dedication and devotion to WG-CNAP contributed greatly to the activities of the Working Group.
