Summer Training Violation
Summer Training Opportunities Team practice – We will meet on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 8:30 to
10:30. We are upping the ante for the Summer Running Award this year. Gone are the days of a meager cotton T. In lieu of a T-shirt, your hard work and dedication will be rewarded not only by getting the most out of your XC season but also with a long-sleeve team warm-up shirt! Shirts will be awarded at the Alumni Race on 8/18/12. You must be present to receive your award.
Summer Running Award Criteria:· attending Summer Practice at least 7 days· signing in on google apps weekly· helping on running trail at least 5 times during the summer· Consistent running & showing improvement from past summer training We have a few objectives that we would like to accomplish with this new summer focus…
1) Injury Prevention: Last year we had an inordinate amount of injuries and we will be relegating your training in the fall to what you are able to do
