What makes a Chapter great?• Written Bylaws• Paying members• Annual General Meeting (AGM) with Board elections• Full transparency to the members• In-person membership meetings every month• A well functioning local board with all roles assigned• IAMCP leading and Microsoft being part [not vice versa…]

Our Challenges• Better synchronization between USA and ”ROW”• Teething problems with website• Inconsistent Membership Experience…
