About Us Welcome to our latest edition of LivingSEED’s Outdoor Furniture and Accessories Collection. We have created

an issue filled with inspirations and more products across our timber and wicker range. We are also offering

indoor furniture collection along with the bedding and mattresses as we are expanding our product range to

serve you better.

LivingSEED Australia is dedicated in providing outdoor, indoor furniture and bedding collections suitable for a

diverse range of environment and atmosphere. For more than ten years we have been around to deliver the

highest product quality within our comprehensive selection of our timber and wicker collection.

Our Timber products are made from 100% Premium-Grade “Acacia Mangium” hardwood, harvested from

forests in Malaysia. This species of timber is native to Northern Queensland and is a tropical tree from Australia,

Indonesia and Papua New Guinea, offering durability, stability and easy to maintain. The Acacia Mangium

possesses similar characteristics to Teak which perfectly suits the harsh adverse weather conditions in Australia.

Especially for our Mimosa Timber range, we use the MOSO Bambu. Bamboo is the most versatile natural raw

material used in the production of products which has been an alternative to the regular wood timber.

Bamboo is the fastest growing plant on the earth, and particularly for the MOSO Bamboo species, it only needs

5 years to grow to adult height and ready to harvest. Therefore, the MOSO Bamboo furniture is easy to be

produced yet it offers the strength, the durability and the ease of maintenance similar to the other timber

furniture.

For more than 10 years we have been in the run to deliver the highest standard in the outdoor furniture range.

Now, we are expanding ourselves to offer you our signature mattress collections which offer you the quality

sleep you would like to have.

Warranty


Timber Products A limited 3 years warranty (from the date of purchase) applies to all timber furniture except those with built in extension or folding mechanism. A limited 1 year warranty (from the date of purchase) applies to all furniture with built in extension or folding mechanism The warranty DOES NOT cover the following: • Any imperfections or variation in the timber • Normal wear & tear and normal fade • Checking & small fine line cracks in timber furniture as the result of the furniture settling into the new environment • All commercial use • Any damage, deterioration, misuse, abuse or negligence resulting from the failure of care and maintenance Freight for replacement or repairs is the responsibility of the customer The warranty only covers the original purchaser and is non-transferrable.

Warranty


Wicker Products A limited 3 years warranty (from the date of purchase) applies to all aluminium frames (warranted against manufacturing faults & defects only). A limited 1 year warranty (from the date of purchase) applies to cushion, sling, vinyl straps and the wicker. The warranty DOES NOT cover the following: • Any commercial applications • The glass • Hardware against corrosion or rusting • Damage as a result of failure by the end user to comply with the installation or care instructions provided on the warranty card or in an accompanying assembly instruction sheet • Furniture damage by the acts of nature, abuse or lack of proper care • Fabric, stains, mildew and fading of cushions or sling fabrics caused by general wear & tear or failure to comply with care and maintenance instructions • Freight for replacement or repair is the responsibility of the consumer

Warranty


Cushion A limited 1 year warranty (from the date of purchase) applies to all our cushions. Our cushions are UV stabilised and treated. We strongly recommend that cushions are covered or removed when not in use to protect the colour and keep them looking brand new. Please note that the warranty does not cover material fading or mould, mistreatment, deterioration, misuse, abuse or negligence as the result of the failure to care and maintain.
