A brainstorming session: A creative method of coming up with new ideas or solutions to a problem by generating a large number of ideas without subjecting them or the person who suggested them to critical evaluation.
Drawback: A feature that renders something less acceptable; a disadvantage or problem.
Evaluate: To judge or calculate the quality, importance, amount or value of something
An Ice-breaker: A thing that serves to relieve tension between people, or start a conversation.
Team Spirit: The spirit of a group that makes the members want the group to succeed.
