Geometric Shapes Nicolette Gasiewski

Everything is made up of geometric shapes. Everything has a shape. Sometimes it’s hard to find depending on the object but this is what I have done with my photos. I took objects I see everyday or almost everyday and found the shape within them. Trying to make it look interesting For the longest time during this project I had no theme. I had no specific thing to shoot. I wasn’t sure what I want-ed to shoot I just shot blindly. Well anything I thought would be interesting. I had no idea what my goal was or if I had a goal at all. When I looked back at all of my photos I found I subcon-sciously took pictures with distinct shapes. Almost every picture I had taken was geometric in some form. After finding my theme through the photos I had already taken ,it was a lot easier to take pictures. I knew what I had to shoot which made it easier to do so.
