INTRODUCTION
In June of 2008 Insight Geophysics Inc. was contracted by Insight Exploration Inc. to conduct geophysical surveys on the Burt Township property, located near Matachewan Ontario. The principle survey objective was to further define the potential presence of gold bearing structures below the known Gowganda Sediment package mapped at surface. This potential contact had been defined by an Insight Geophysics Inc. survey (reference 42A01SW2022.pdf OGS file). The June 2008 survey was designed to extend the information package to the east in anticipation of future drilling.

DATA PROCESSING AND PRESENTATION
Digital
Processing of the IP data was handled with two software packages:
Prosys software from Iris, was used to dump the instrument and edit out spurious readings. It produces a binary and an ASCI text export.
*.bin Raw binary dump files from Elric Pro, one file per day. Can be viewed and exported using Prosys software available on Iris website at the following link: http://www.iris-instruments.com/Support/Download/Download_geophy.html *.txt ASCI CSV export of binary dump files. Oasis Montaj from Geosoft, was used to compile and QC the data in a Data base
format. It produces a data base and a *.xyz format export as a final digital product. All map products were generated with the mapping portion of this package.
Burt.gdb Oasis database file. Plan.xyz Total Chargeability and Apparent Resistivity in plan, grid coordinates, Geosoft xyz format file. Plan83.xyz Total Chargeability and Apparent Resistivity in plan, UTM Nad83, Geosoft xyz format file.

INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS
Background
Known Previous Work
The area’s overburden blanket and Cobalt Group sedimentary cover has hampered exploration locally (D. Anderson, Winteroad, pers. comm., August, 2002). The extent of exploration on the property known to the authors is as follows:
• Billiton, Airborne Geophysical Survey and Drill program, 1983-1987 A magnetic and VLF airborne survey was performed, followed up with 8 reverse circulation holes (total 365m) and two diamond drill holes (total 230m). The airborne survey revealed a strong magnetic anomaly just north of the current property. The RC holes revealed a deep overburden valley along the Englehart River, having greater than 130m of till covering the Proterozic cover. This overburden valley is located just west of the property.
• Chevron, Mapping, Sampling and Soil Geochemistry, 1986-1988 Geological mapping, surface sampling, and a soil geochemistry survey where conducted. Two diamond drill holes (K86-1, 198m) (K86-2, 200m) where also drilled, with no reported assays.
• WMC International Limited, Geophysical Exploration Program, 1993 – 1994 VES, Magnetic, Gravity, and Dipole-Dipole IP/Resistivity surveys where conducted. The geophysical methods applied were used to determine the depth of Huronian cover rocks, and possible extension of the Kirkland Lake Main Break and Cadillac-Larder Lake Break. The IP survey produced several Chargeability anomalies, which where tested in the subsequent drill program.
• WMC International Limited, Drilling Program, 1994 Five diamond drill holes (KLW-94-01 to KLW-94-05), totalling 1,273 m, were drilled. Every hole intersected Archean rocks between 30m and 330m vertical depth. The IP anomalies, which holes 94-01 and 94-02 were targeted on, were unresolved. Assays did not exceed 66ppb Au
• WMC International Limited, Drilling Program, 1996 Diamond drill hole KLW94-05 was deepened by 210m to a final depth of 608m. The hole originally drilled to test for an extension of the Cadillac-Larder Break, intersected strongly sheared Temiskaming conglomerate with strong ankerite, sericite and fuchsite alteration. Disseminated pyrite (1%) evident throughout, with assays returning values no greater than 113ppb Au.
• OGS, Operation Treasure Hunt Airborne GEOTEM Survey, 2000 GEOTEM Airborne Magnetic and Electromagnetic Survey
• Quantec Geophysical Field Schools, August 2000 and August 2001. Various survey methods, covering lines 105E, 123E, 125E, 127E.
• Winteroad Resources Inc., Drilling Program, Winter of 2003 Two diamond drill holes were drilled and assayed, the details are unknown to author at the time of writing this report.

PROPOSED FOLLOW UP
The potential of the Burt Twp. Property cannot be under estimated with respect to blue sky potential for Kirkland Lake / Matachewan economic mineral occurrences.
The results of these surveys should be the principle tool in drill targeting with the ultimate objective of understanding the relationship of the Huronian / Timiskaming Contact and the obvious potential for structurally hosted Au mineralization beneath this sequence.

APPENDIX B : INSTRUMENT SPECIFICATIONS
ELREC PRO Ten channel IP receiver
Terraplus is pleased to announce the ELREC PRO, its new ten channel IP receiver, featuring 20 chargeability windows and a graphic LCD display.
The following improvements have been introduced in this new receiver with respect to the previous ELREC 10 unit :
HARDWARE FEATURES:
The size has been reduced by 4 cm in height: 31x 21x 21 cm
The power consumption has been reduced by a ratio of three, which means that with less battery it is possible to have a longer autonomy.
As a result, the new system is 2.5 kg lighter than the ELREC 10, with a weight of 5.5 kg only.
The data (21 000 readings max.) are stored in flash memories not requiring any lithium battery for safeguard.
The new system is compatible with the existing SWITCH Plus boxes for automatic switching of electrodes according to preset sequences. In such a case, the receiver is used as a single channel unit ; with SWITCH Pro boxes (to be developed next), the full ten channel capability of the ELREC PRO will be usable for a higher acquisition speed.
INSIGHT GEOPHYSICS INC.
INSIGHT EXPLORATION INC. JUNE 2008 12
SOFTWARE FEATURES:
Each new reading is stored as a specific unit file, making easier the grouping of readings corresponding to a given profile, specially for the last (edge) points of a line obtained with a smaller number of dipoles than the main part of the profile.
The data format is compatible with the PROSYS software, which means that the operator can easily visualize the numerical values of the data, automatically sort them according to the standard deviation of the chargeability measurement, merge two files stored under different names, introduce the elevation of each electrode, etc.
The ELECTRE II software can be used to define and upload preset sequences of measurements according to any type of electrode array.
